Relational Mindfulness: A Two Day Course

The key to living authentically and building connections with others is learning how to have the awareness to identify your true desires, and through practice, articulating them to others. You have the power to lead any connection in your life toward greater depth in a sustainable way through utilizing the tools we teach.
Life’s too short for chit-chat. Join us for this transformational course where you'll develop the ability to engage in deep, meaningful conversations with anyone, anywhere.

Meet Your Facilitators
DAKOTA QUACKENBUSH
CEO & Founder, She/They
Dakota Quackenbush is the founder of Authentic Bay Area. She has been taking up space in the Authentic Relating world for the last 5+ years. Her background working in addiction and mental health already had her rooted in vulnerability, depth, and analyzing social dynamics when she found AR. Once discovered, she quickly began incorporating this technology into her everyday living. She is actively researching Authentic Relating’s Impact on Social Emotional Skills in Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Relationships. Her focus in life is reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and making authentic, vulnerable connections the norm. Dakota regularly closes her eyes to connect to her emotions and physical sensations. When she’s not facilitating connection, she can be found writing poetry or dancing any time a beat comes on.

"I highly recommend ABA to anyone—it just might change your life!"
I’ve been to many Authentic Bay Area events, including a full weekend-long workshop. The facilitation style has always felt clear, safe, inviting, and intentional. I’ve been consistently amazed by the transformative powers of AR, and have learned some incredible tools and skills that have deepened my relationship with myself and others. It is so empowering/healing to *see* and *be seen*! I’ve also gained a community of lovely humans who are interested in this level of interaction as well. You can tell a lot about an org by the people who resonate with its mission; these ones are GOLD.
